Try something like this :

<a id="test" href="#"> CLick </a>
<script type="text/javascript">

  document.getElementById("test").onclick = function(){
   window.open("http://www.google.com",'_blank');
   window.open("http://www.p3php.in",'_blank');
}

This should work:
